**Abstract**

Stayfit is a web and mobile application designed to promote self-discipline among gym-goers and connect customers, fitness trainers, and gym owners in Davao City. A one-month pilot from December 19, 2024, to January 19, 2025, demonstrated key benefits such as improved user engagement through workout scheduling and progress tracking, increased transparency via trainer ratings and gym profiles, and expanded access to fitness services. The platform’s strict verification protocols ensured that only licensed and compliant fitness trainers and gyms could participate. Pilot data showed high levels of user satisfaction and successful coordination between clients and trainers. Stayfit’s features—such as request-based workout programs, scheduling tools, and a built-in rating system—enabled efficient management of fitness activities and professional services. Results indicate that the platform’s structured approach effectively supports consistent fitness habits, professional accountability, and user trust. Further research is recommended to assess its long-term impact on health outcomes and user retention.
