V. Conclusion

The one-month pilot deployment of Stayfit, focusing on increasing customer engagement through location-based strategies, revealed mixed results. While the goal was to increase engagement by 30%, the data showed a decline in app usage from 6.25% to 2.70%, despite varying customer numbers. This indicates that the current implementation did not significantly enhance the platform's visibility or accessibility, suggesting that further refinements to the strategies are necessary to achieve the desired level of engagement.

Regarding the general objective of increasing the number of certified fitness trainers at the gym, the pilot also highlighted areas for improvement. A review of trainer qualifications revealed that Albert Adang, while possessing practical experience, lacked certifications in Personal Coaching (IFPA) and Gym Instruction (PAFP), which prevented him from being recognized as certified. This evaluation will help guide future efforts to meet the objective of increasing the number of certified trainers by identifying those who need additional certifications.

In terms of client progress, Stayfit achieved mixed success with its specific objective of enhancing clients' fitness progress by at least 60%. While Kurt Daragosa made significant progress with a 61.9% improvement in weight loss, Roy Francisco achieved only 50% progress towards his target. These results demonstrate that the platform can support client goals effectively but may need further adjustment to better assist clients who require more time or additional support.

In the future, Stayfit will need to refine its engagement tactics and reassess the impact of location-based features to reach the target engagement growth. Ensuring trainers meet certification standards and offering more customized support for clients will also be key to achieving the platform's larger objectives. Upcoming efforts will concentrate on enhancing visibility, accessibility, and user experience to drive increased engagement and overall success in the next phase.
